You have to see this video. I thought it was a joke at first but turns out true. DJ Ruth Flowers is 69 and spins at popular night clubs in Paris. Check this out:

Who plans on watching the Oscars tonight? Not me. Enough said. I do think Steve Martin is a great actor and a very funny guy but not enough for me to tune in.

The next time you go to a Bucks game and wanna find a way to distract the other team, maybe this will work. During a college basketball game between Idaho and Utah State, a fan found a way to distract a player shooting free throws on Idaho.

You have to think back a few years ago when the Jonas Brothers were so popular with kids. They don’t even come close when it comes to Justin Bieber. His new song with Ludacris is called Baby and might be one of the most requested songs, that I can remember, from the kids. Here is the video:

So the rumors are out that Howard Stern will take over American Idol when Simon leaves. I love Howard Stern and grew up listening to him everyday but I think this will be the end of Idol. It just does not seem like a good fit.

Stern had some “kind” words when it comes to Ellen DeGeneres. Did you catch my sarcasm? From CNN.com, here is what Stern said about Ellen:

And Ellen DeGeneres thought Simon Cowell was mean!

Howard Stern let loose on the new “Idol” judge in an expletive-laced bit during his radio show.

After commenting on DeGeneres’ deal as a spokesperson with Covergirl cosmetics (“Ellen DeGeneres looks like somebody punched her in the face,” he said. “She gets on that Covergirl and you’d think she’s Heidi Klum”), the shock jock dived into rumors he’s up to take Cowell’s spot.

“[DeGeneres is] going to ruin ‘American Idol,’ ” Stern said. “Everyone goes, if Howard Stern takes over ‘American Idol,’ Ellen DeGeneres might leave. Well yeah, that’s the whole (expletive) idea. I’m not going to sit there with her – that dummy.”

Stern declined to comment on any discussions that he may or may not have had about the gig, but admitted that he watches the show. He claimed that he heard from at least one celebrity who is all for the idea of him serving as a judge on the show.

“This is a woman, a very well-respected woman,” he said. “She said to me, I never watched ‘American Idol’ but I tell you, if you are on it, I will watch it.”

The commercials for the Super Bowl this year were just ok. First, I was obviously watching the Super Bowl for the game and not the commercials. With that said, their was one commercial that got rejected. ManCrunch is a gay dating site that wanted to air a spot with two men watching the game and then kiss each other. CBS, however, said no and now their is a bit of controversy. What do you think?

I’m not gonna lie but I have been on and off with American Idol this season. I think that its just starting to get a little repetitive but still has some good singers coming out of the auditions. One of the caught my attention. His name is Aaron Kelly and so far has one of the best voices. Here is his audition:

I don’t want to get into the whole Tonight Show debate because I go on forever on how much I don’t like Leno. David Letterman did address the topic on one of his recent shows and it was pretty funny.

Jose Offerman was a former Major League Baseball player that got himself into a little bit of trouble over the weekend. He did not agree with a call and punched the umpire in the face. You might not understand this video because it’s in Spanish but you can clearly see the punch!
