Now I want to do that stuff just to get my house on the market so I can build a new Kaerek home! May be a pipe dream but that’s what my plan for the moment is!!! I’m a mover and a shaker and when I see and know what I want…this brotha goes for it! Soooooo cross your fingers for me and maybe buy my house so I can get the plan in motion!?!?! So I got the chance to see Charlie St. Cloud the other night at our sneak peek(the movie comes out today) and it was pretty good!

Zac Efron was looking HOTTER than ever.  Yes, I had to check his age before I said that.  Turns out he’s 23.  ha!

It was a good chick flick or date movie.  The trailor had me balling, but I only cried once during the movie.

–As a veritable goldmine of insight into the mind of men . . . or as a veritable goldmine of insight into the kind of men who would actually answer a survey on AskMen.com. But supposedly 100,000 guys filled it out, so here goes:

#1.) What ONE thing would you change about your partner? 16% said “her moodiness.” 13% said “her sexual appetite.” Another 13% said they wouldn’t change anything. 5% said “her looks” . . . and another 5% said “her nagging.”

–3% said, quote, “her domestic skills.” (???) And 1% said “her intelligence.”

(–Another 44% said they were single . . . so they didn’t answer.)

#2.) Do breakups have to be face-to-face? 81% said yes . . . 15% said no, it’s acceptable to break up over the phone . . . and 4% said no, it’s acceptable to break up by text or “some other messaging service.”

#3.) Are you comfortable with a partner “friending” her exes on Facebook? 41% said yes . . . 31% said no . . . and 28% said yes, but only if they’d met him before.

#4.) Have you ever lied about the number of sex partners you’ve had? 52% said no . . . 16% said yes, because it’s no one’s business but their own . . . 14% said yes, to protect their partner’s feelings . . . and 18% said yes, to protect their ego. (!!!)

#5.) How often do you think that couples with healthy sex lives have sex? 77% said “multiple times a week” . . . 12% said “once a week . . . 10% said “every day” . . . and 1% said “once a month.”

–And a whopping 0% answered with “less than once a month.” Hey, at least they were honest . . .

I can’t believe summer is half over already!  I’ve been busy with summer school, and all of a sudden I looked up and it was almost AUGUST!

State Fair is right around the corner.  Looking forward to eating something on a stick.  Wait – that didn’t come out right…  well, you know what I mean.  I always enjoy broadcast live from the State Fair… We sit in these tiny little studios the entire year, talking to people on the phone, online, and through texting.  This is a fun chance to meet people FACE to FACE.  I guess if I was there EVERY DAY of State Fair, it might get tedious, but… I am only there on the weekends, so…  FUN FUN FUN!  Come out and see me August 7th, 14th, and/or 15th from 6pm-close at the Fair!

People also ask a lot about my band, Lake Effect.  NO we are NOT playing at the fair this year.  We were offered 2 difference shows during State Fair, but because I’m broadcasting live with Kiss, we couldn’t do it.  I’d love for you to come see us some time though!
