Once in a while I will go out and see a few guys much older than me hanging out at the bar which, their is nothing wrong with that. I’ve NEVER seen something like this though! I would do anything to be at a bar and see an older guy dance like this!

Teens are getting sick of it.  Proving that all the  internet hype and slick videos from Social Networking “gurus” (barf) can’t force along any medium.  The people will decide what’s relevant, thanx… The Management: Read below

Teens Experiencing Facebook Fatigue [STUDY]
Online gaming site Roiworld surveyed 600 teens ages 13 to 17 in late April and found that teens spend two hours per day online on average, 80% of which is spent using a social network. These same teens are, however, showing signs of “Facebook Fatigue,” as nearly one in five (19%) who have an account no longer visit Facebook or are using it less.

Of the group that are saying goodbye to Facebook, 45% have lost interest, 16% are leaving because their parents are there, 14% say there are “too many adults/older people” and 13% are concerned about the privacy of their personal information.

While interest in Facebook may be waning, it’s still the most popular social network among teens — 78% have created a profile and 69% still use it. YouTube ranks second; 64% of teens claim to have a YouTube profile and continue to use the site. MySpace comes in a distant third (41%) and Twitter takes the fourth spot (20%).

I came home from work yesterday and this is what I saw!

Bella had torn up her bed in her kennel!  We only leave her in there for about 2 hours a day while we are gone so I was SHOCKED because that dog is SPOILED enough!

Ahhhh…..the joys of parenting!

Here’s a list from “Glamour” magazine of three things men wish women did less. They’re not necessarily things women SHOULD do less. They’re just three classic things that would HAPPEN a little less if guys had their way . . .

#1.) GETTING READY. Men appreciate the fact that women take the time to put on make-up, do their hair, and look good. But if guys absolutely HAVE to, they can get ready in five minutes.

–So an hour in front of a mirror is hard to understand, especially when you’re running late, and you have reservations.

#2.) GOSSIPING. Most guys just don’t enjoy gossip the way women do. And it might even stress them out. Because when you tell a guy something scandalous about your friend, it’s like forcing him to keep a secret for you.

–Plus, gossip is almost always negative. And watching you enjoy your friends’ problems isn’t exactly a turn-on for him.

#3.) SECOND-GUESSING THINGS. Ladies, when a guy says something, you always want to know what it REALLY means. And then you treat it like a riddle you have to solve.

–But the truth is, unless a guy’s lying or trying to be manipulative, he’s not working at that level most of the time. Guys usually just say what they’re thinking. And they get annoyed when women try to dissect everything.

According to a new survey the average woman spends $24,700 on 469 pairs of shoes in the course of a lifetime.

–That’s seven pairs of shoes a year . . . for 67 years . . . at an average cost of $53 a pair . . . or $370 a year. Check out some of the other results . . .

–The average woman currently owns about 19 pairs of shoes: Three pairs with heels . . . six pairs of flip-flops, sandals, or wedges . . . three pairs of boots . . . two pairs for work . . . four for nights out . . . and another one or two “random” purchases.

–Four in ten women say they judge another woman by the shoes she has on.

–And over half say they don’t have a problem justifying the expense . . . but a quarter rarely tell their partner.

Soulja Boy hosts a party at club Sobe Live

It’s all fun and games until you can’t take the pressure of being famous.  I remember when Soulja Boy was all cocky and mouthy when he first became relevant. Now that he’s cooled off, and a target for ridicule.. well.. let’s just say he’s young.  Read on

Soulja Boy Quits Twitter

Rapper SOULJA BOY has turned his back on his Twitter.com followers after deleting his account on the social networking website without giving any explanation for the move.

The Crank That (Soulja Boy) hitmaker, real name DeAndre Way, had been keeping over 2 million fans updated with his everyday thoughts and activities on the blog but his account was recently deactivated.

The hip-hop star failed to give fans a reason for his actions but the move could cost him big – earlier this year (10), Soulja Boy was reported to be earning up to $10,000 (£6,670) per tweet from his various sponsors, along with socialite and reality TV star Kim Kardashian.

Soulja Boy joins celebrities like Miley Cyrus and Chris Brown in the anti-Twitter club – both stars deleted their accounts last year (09).

#1.) ANYTHING HIGH IN SUGAR. When you’re tired half way through the day, don’t eat a candy bar. Sugar gives you a quick jolt of energy, but your body metabolizes it instantly. And once it does, you feel even MORE tired.

#2.) ANYTHING HIGH IN FAT.

It’s kind of the opposite of sugar. Eating a steak DOES give you energy, but it doesn’t give you much of an energy BOOST because it takes your body a long time to metabolize all the fat in red meat.

–Fish and chicken are better if you’re feeling tired.

#3.) ANYTHING WITH TRYPTOPHAN.

When you hear the word tryptophan, the first thing you think of is Thanksgiving turkey. But a lot of people forget that even a turkey SANDWICH has tryptophan in it.

–And so do a lot of other foods. The most common are: milk, corn, and brown rice.

#4.) TOO MUCH CAFFEINE.

It makes you tired because it interferes with your sleep. Caffeine can make it tough to fall asleep even if you drink a cup of coffee 12 HOURS before bed.

–And even when you DO fall asleep, too much caffeine makes you tired the next day because it screws with your REM sleep.

#5.) BOOZE.

Alcohol slows down your central nervous system and acts like a sedative. And if you’re running low on sleep already, even ONE BEER can make your energy level nose-dive.

Are you looking for a new house? Maybe have some extra money laying around? We all remember Nick Lachey! According to luxist.com, he just recently put his Bel-Air home up for sale. He originally bought it for 5 million back in 2006 and now has it on the market for 6.8 million. It includes a pool table, large media room, family room with bar, and a gourmet kitchen. How does that sound?
